The term “Graphic Design” is a relatively new one, although this artistic discipline has been with us - in its modern sense - since the 19th century........ The evolution of the computer and the plethora of applications built - especially for the ‘personal’ computer - that explore the visual human interface, has transformed the ease with which advertising, promotion, news media and education can create and use compelling imagery........ But the essential artistic competence remains, as it has with less commercial art forms, with the unique creative abilities of homo sapiens........ We take a feeble tilt at taking material from the portfolios of EG:IMAGE photography and making pages from some pretend journals........ just for fun!.......
